Penny Hat Pin

The Penny hat pin is similar to the Laurren and the Laura, 2 long ringneck pheasant tail feathers, with base of the back and tail feathers at the base of the pin.  These base feathers are stunning when they catch the light, with greens, blue, plum and orange in the feathers
